StaffPort Elgin Pumpkinfest is run by the Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce (SSCC). The SSCC takes care of Chamber Business, Saugeen Shores Tourism, Various Community Events (fireworks, Christmas Parades etc) & Port Elgin Pumpkinfest. Three of the SSCC staff members are dedicated to the running of Port Elgin Pumpkinfest.

Sally oversees the "events team" who coordinate all events hosted by the Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce including Canada Day Fireworks, Labour Day Fireworks, Christmas Promotions, Tree-Lighting Ceremonies and Parades. You can contact Sally by email at 
e Antique & Classic Car Show as well as the Events Resource Centre. Nikki has been a long time volunteer at Port Elgin Pumpkinfest and brings with her a great knowledge and passion for the festival. Her role within the SSCC also includes the maintenance of 
and the Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce in 2010. Heather’s background in the tourism industry and event planning will be a great help while working with the festival and in the office. Heather’s main responsibilities with Port Elgin Pumpkinfest will be organizing the non-profit organizations for fundraising and recruiting volunteers to help during the festival. Heather also manages other events run through the Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce including Canada Day, Labour Day & the Christmas Promotion. You can contact Heather at
